Platinum Casting

 

Our platinum casting is done with state of the art platinum casting machine for best quality. Our platinum will be used to guarantee quality. We use 90.2% PT, 9.8% Ir for best bench workability.

 

Platinum Casting: Prices per piece.
 

Platinum supplied by you: starts at $50 and additional costs depending on weight.

Minimum of 40 grams is required for proper casting results and supplied metal needs to be inspected; scrap metals will not be used.

Platinum supplied by us: $14 per gram above market price, casting fee starts at $50.

Premium Platinum Casting: 

Premium casting consists of applying finishing process to the casted piece. This process includes filing, tumbling and polishing. All the necessary steps required before the setting the stones.

Rubber Molds:

Available in vulcanized mold which shrinks 1.1% and cold mold with no shrinkage.

 

Vulcanized mold starting prices:

Extra Small: $35  approx.(1.8in x 1.8in x .75in)

Small: $40  approx.(1.8in x 2.8in x .75in)

Medium: $50  approx.(1.8in x 2.8in x 1.0in)

Large: $60  approx.(1.8in x 2.8in x 1.25in)

Extra larger pieces require quotation.
