How Do I Place An Order?

Simple! Browse the items you like, click on "add to cart" button. Once you're sure on what you want, click on "cart" to proceed to the check out menu. Options are available to make your item unique as possible. For a full custom piece, contact us for details.

 

Payment and Shipping

All items will be shipped insured. Full payment is required before manufacturing or shipping.

We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.  During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.  

 

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. All items are subject to one week return policy. The item must not be tampered with in any way, items are inspected before shipping out and upon receiving returns to make sure the goods within it are up to the standards and specific to the order. If you wish to return, please print out the receipt received via email along with the item.

 

How Long Does It Take?

All items in stock will be shipped out the next day of order. All items not in stock will take five to ten business days to manufacture and will be notified to the customer. All custom pieces are subject to estimation depending on the work required. Typically custom jewelry can take two weeks to a month, sometimes few months for delicate complex items.

 

What Steps Do I Take For Custom Work?

If you desire one of a kind item for your loved one in a form of engagement ring or a beautiful pendant to signify a special day, I highly recommend you visit us in person so that all details can be understood for greatest level of satisfaction. An engagement ring for example, we would like you to select the diamonds that we prepare per your specific requests. We talk through the designs and offer a prototype before moving on to the next step. This can be achieved by email and shipment of prototypes but working in person is most efficient use of resources and time which results in better outcome.
